Objective:
\n
To coordinate student housing placement and provide general administrative office support. Requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to maintain a variety of data, and conduct multiple interrelated tasks.
\n
\n
This position requires work to be done in person.
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
• Be the initial contact for students seeking information and applying to WISH
\n
• Respond and actively follow up with housing inquiries
\n
• Follow-up and log leads for housing and placement opportunities
\n
• Coordinate housing reservations, inquiries, and applications
\n
• Collect and track payments for security deposits, processing fees, and rental fees
\n
• Assign housing placements for programs and individual residents with the Director of Program
\n
Partnerships
\n
• Maintain housing spreadsheet, including all categories not limited to student & internship information
\n
& payment allocations
\n
• Assist with applications and payment collection process
\n
• Produce sales reports and projections
\n
• Recommend to management incentives to increase reservations
\n
• Communicate with management the properties with vacancies
\n
• Coordinate check-in/-out for student housing on a semester basis
\n
• Identify new opportunities for WISH housing and WISH intern placement services
\n
• Maintain & update the Congressional database by calling all offices regularly
\n
• Maintain, order, & stock office supplies
\n
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail scanning and sending to the Accountant, CEO, and other staff
\n
members
\n
• Be a point of contact for main office vendors of office equipment, phone equipment, etc.
\n
• Assist with check-in and checkout process/procedures
\n
• Organize, schedule, and promote professional development and networking events
\n
• Represent the company at universities, organizations, foundations, trade associations, events, fairs,
\n
conferences, expositions
\n
• Issue residential policy violation notices
\n
• Travel may be required
\n
\n
General:
\n
• Always promote the company mission and values
\n
• Be familiar with schools, organizations, and students housed at properties
\n
• Available to be on call, work after office hours, holidays, and weekends
\n
• Assist with tours for any interested in the properties
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned
\n
