Job Summary:
We are searching for a skilled auto body technician to add to our team. Your primary job in this role will be to work on our clients’ vehicles. This will involve diagnosing and repairing, replacing, and upgrading a variety of car parts. Our auto body technicians work as part of our larger vehicle care team. It’s important that you’re able to work well with others and capable of demonstrating professionalism in the workplace. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced body repairs including structural, and non-structural collision repairs
- Disassembly/Reassembly

Diagnose collision damage and determine proper repair procedures

Utilize frame machines, measuring systems, and advanced repair equipment

Repair or replace damaged body panels, including welding and bonding

Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and safety standards

Perform final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery

Communicate repair needs and timelines with management and estimators

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Technical Skills
-
Frame and structural repair
-
MIG welding, aluminum welding, and panel bonding

Advanced measuring and alignment systems

Use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

Knowledge of modern vehicle materials (aluminum, high-strength steel, composites)
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible
- High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,0000-$120,000 per year
