Job DescriptionMaintenance Mechanic
We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations at a brand-new, high-tech fulfillment facility in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of automated systems and industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $32.50/hour
Location: Aurora, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, and automated material handling systems
- Identify issues quickly and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Work cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- HVAC technician, millwright, or commercial electrician experience
- Military maintenance background
- Skilled trades training, technical schooling, or advanced certifications
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
