Job Overview
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing coffee equipment and water filtration equipment responding to service calls, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment is functioning optimally. The role also includes tasks such as training customers on equipment usage, maintaining documentation of service work, and coordinating with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Berry Coffee Company will provide full on the job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to include focus on customer needs, developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
- Services to include equipment trouble shooting and diagnosis, part replacement as needed, problem resolution, on site customer training
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Customer service skills and ability to train customers on equipment usage
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain detailed documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to customer locations
- Ability to lift 30-lbs or more, Occasional lifting in excess of 50-lbs required.
- Ability to pass a Background Check.
