Consumer Lease Servicing Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle a wide range of customer lease servicing activities by following internal standards and workflows, including updates to accounts, processing requests, and coordinating with external partners as needed.
• Stay well-informed on internal operating practices and guidelines tied to lease offerings, including processes involved in transitioning accounts between internal systems.
• Provide timely and professional support via phone and email to internal staff, external contacts, and customers.
• Investigate and address issues related to lease servicing, including escalations, disputes, and regulatory-related matters.
• Work closely with different departments to deliver a high level of service for lease-related requests, including account closures or end-of-term processes.
• Ensure all third-party tasks are completed within required turnaround times using designated internal platforms.
