Real Estate Associate Attorney –| $235k–$310k| Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, Washington, DC 
A highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its sophisticated real estate practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions in a collaborative, nationally recognized environment.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Represent lenders in real estate financing transactions
</li>
<li>
Draft and negotiate loan documents
</li>
<li>
Handle title and survey review and diligence
</li>
<li>
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on multi-office matters
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
</li>
<li>
2–4 years of real estate finance and lender representation experience
</li>
<li>
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility)
</li>
</ul>
