Civil Project Engineer – Richmond, VA
 
Land Development
We’re seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join an established Land Development team in the Richmond area. This role is ideal for an engineer ready to take on greater project responsibility while continuing to grow technically and professionally.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design and develop civil/site plans for land development projects</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and internal resources</li>
<li>Coordinate with survey, traffic, hydrology, and other technical teams</li>
<li>Work with city and county agencies through permitting and approvals</li>
<li>Support construction administration, RFIs, and contractor meetings</li>
<li>Perform QA/QC and review project documents</li>
<li>Provide guidance and technical support to junior staff</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2–4+ years of land development experience</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</li>
<li>Strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills</li>
<li>PE license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and technical skills</li>
