About this Position:
 
Job Title: Systems Analyst
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems.</li>
<li>Escalations of issues with telephony clients.</li>
<li>Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.</li>
<li>Advise on contracts related telephony support.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience).</li>
<li>Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently.</li>
<li>Managing work with support clients (minimum 5 years experience).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony related projects (minimum 5 years experience).</li>
</ul>
