Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of framing structures.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood using hand and power tools.
- Assemble and install framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Install windows, doors, and other fixtures.
- Inspect and repair damaged framing structures.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Framing Carpenter.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials.
