The Exercise Coach®, a high-tech health and fitness studio, is looking for a passionate and positive Full-Time Fitness Coach to join our team. You'll work with individuals or small groups (2–4 clients), providing personalized guidance, motivation, and ensuring safety and proper form using our cutting-edge, proprietary equipment. We pay for every hour worked—no commission pressure. If you have a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, great communication skills, and high energy, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities of Exercise Coach/ Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
- Conduct fitness evaluations and consultations
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Educate and coach clients on exercise techniques
- Monitor progress using studio technology
- Provide ongoing health and fitness education
- Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling
What we are looking for of Exercise Coach/ Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
- High school diploma (required)
- Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy (a plus)
- AED/CPR certified (or willing to certify before training)
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Team player with a strong work ethic
