Key Responsibilities\n

- Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interviews and standardized tools, to understand each client's unique strengths, challenges, and treatment aspirations. Utilize your clinical expertise to accurately diagnose mental health concerns in alignment with DSM-5 guidelines.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Deliver individualized therapy sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions tailored to the distinct needs of clients. Apply evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the clients' specific goals and requirements. Regularly evaluate and modify treatment strategies based on clients' progress and feedback, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness.
- Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Actively engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated treatment approaches. Coordinate referrals and community resource connections to support clients’ holistic well-being.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements. Ensure timely documentation that supports effective treatment outcomes and demonstrates your clinical competence.
- Advocacy and Community Engagement: Champion the mental health rights of your clients, working to enhance their access to services and resources. Participate in outreach initiatives promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma in the community.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Ability to make sound clinical evaluations and develop treatment plans, demonstrating excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
