job desricption- Outbound Lead oversees daily outbound workflow, ensuring orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Warehouse experience; outbound preferred. Ability to lead small teams and coordinate workflow. Knowledge of WMS, waves, dispatch lists, and shipping processes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‐paced environment. Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred. Must follow company policies, safety standards, and attendance expectations.
$21-$25 / hr 3;00pm-11;30pm
