Maintenance Supervisor Duties
<ul>
<li>As maintenance supervisor you will oversee the maintenance staff.</li>
<li>You will establish a continuous maintenance schedule for all systems and areas of your facility.</li>
<li>You will train new and existing staff in community and state-required policies and procedures.</li>
<li>You will provide and oversee a wide variety of maintenance and mechanical work including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.</li>

Requirements:
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>2 or more years experience working maintenance in long-term care.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of multiple systems relevant to nursing home maintenance (ie., HVAC, plumbing, electrical)</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
