Position Overview:Brickell Honda is seeking a hands-on, people-first General Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned sales operations. You’ll coach and develop the sales and management team, drive disciplined processes, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and hold accountable all sales managers and associates.Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and training to drive performance and development.Own key sales KPIs: appointments, shows, test drives, write-ups, and closing ratios.Ensure fast, high-quality lead response and strong CRM usage across the team.Partner with BDC, F&I, and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Oversee inventory, pricing, and deal structures for compliance and profitability.
Qualifications:5+ years automotive sales management experience (new & used).Proven track record hitting volume, gross, and CSI objectives.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong command of CRM, desking tools, and digital retailing (Tekion a plus).High-integrity leader who loves coaching, accountability, and culture-building.Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
