About Us:
ATLAS Maintenance Services is a professional building maintenance and facility support company serving commercial clients mainly throughout Westchester County, the Bronx, and Manhattan. Our services include janitorial, property upkeep, and general building maintenance. We take pride in reliability, professionalism, and consistent, high-quality workmanship across every job site.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable, well-rounded handyman for on-call maintenance, repair, and small-project work. Typical tasks include light plumbing, basic electrical, drywall and paint repairs, caulking, fixture installations, power washing, and general facility maintenance. Most jobs are short, one-off maintenance assignments. Efficiency and quality workmanship are rewarded.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or handyman work

Must have own tools necessary to perform all assigned work

Reliable transportation to travel between job sites

Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical tasks safely and neatly

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Must follow direction, meet deadlines, and document work with before/after photos
Compensation:
-
$100 minimum per job, covering up to the first 2 hours on site

$20/hour for time worked beyond the first 2 hours

+$25 flat premium for Manhattan jobs

Paid only when work is performed

No guaranteed hours (on-call, as-needed role)
