Are you an RBT or aspiring Behavior Technician tired of the unpredictability of in-home ABA? Losing hours to last-minute client cancellations, driving all over the state and working isolated shifts can cause quick burnout.

At AwA we do ABA differently. We are a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed clinic in Salem that strictly prioritizes a supportive, sustainable environment for our staff.

Clinic-Only: 100% center-based. No driving between homes or split shifts.
Guaranteed Hours: A consistent Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM block.
Premium Compensation: $25.00/hour with bi-weekly pay.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality behavioral support to children ages 18 months–13 years using evidence-based, compassionate practices.
Follow individualized treatment plans focused on play, functional communication, and emotional connection.
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training.

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Open to learning and growing within the field of progressive, affirming ABA.
Compassionate, reliable, and highly collaborative.
Note: Active RBT certification or a background in Psychology/Human Services is a major plus, but we will fully train the right entry-level candidates.
