Job Title: SharePoint Developer/ Engineer (Web Developer)
Location: Remote
Summary:
Customer is looking to improve operations by acquiring expert-level technical support services in order to improve customers web-based platforms and applications to optimize operational efficiencies, to effectively organize agency-wide information, to streamline content management, to successfully interface users for positive impacts to usership, and to successfully modernize.
Responsibilities:
- Provide backend development support for SharePoint sites, web applications.
- Provide frontend support including design, build, and deliver SharePoint pages, web applications, and support other digital technology initiatives.
- Maintain customer's News app content posting support and Drupal content management maintenance.
- Support in providing content for customers HQ facility with digital signage, including maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ongoing maintenance of the digital signage web page and the timely uploading of documents based on requests received from the graphic design department.
- Provide timely web development and/or other code updates to program offices on a per project basis.
- Configured, supported, and maintained web collaboration tools.
- Develop the app according to the specifications.
- Monitor the app's performance and user feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant, extensive experience: MS SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power BI, Drupal
- Project Management Experience
- Awareness of UI/UX principles
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital signage software (AEM, MagicInfo)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer or Software Engineering, Information Technology
- Microsoft Certified
