We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bedford Alzheimer's Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Reporting changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse or supervisor
Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Mississippi

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility impairments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
