Position Summary:

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (complex or commercial litigation strongly preferred).
- Ethics: Must adhere to all ethical standards as outlined in the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in cite checking in accordance with The Bluebook; experience with Best Authority is required.
- Strong working knowledge of document management systems and electronic court filing platforms (ECF and comparable systems).
- Communication & Writing: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to proofread for context, grammar, and accuracy.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and file management skills are essential.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
