Job Description

Beuckman Ford is actively seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Master Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for a Ford Senior Master Certified technician who is confident in handling advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring less experienced team members. You'll work in a well-equipped shop with strong leadership and a consistent flow of work.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:

  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts

  • Ability to Commute: Ellisville, MO (Required)

  • Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair advanced electrical, mechanical, and engine-related issues

  • Perform in-depth diagnostics using Ford OEM tools and systems

  • Lead by example in delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality repair work

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines

  • Assist and mentor junior technicians with troubleshooting and repair procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations

  • Stay up to date with manufacturer training and certifications

Qualifications

  • Ford Senior Master Certification required

  • 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

  • Expert knowledge of Ford systems, Power Stroke diesel engines, and diagnostic protocols

  • Proficient with IDS/FDRS and Ford-specific diagnostic platforms

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
