Overview
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support enterprise-level project operations in a structured PMO environment. This role is fully onsite in Boston and requires strong reporting discipline, project coordination capabilities, and experience supporting formal governance processes.
Only candidates currently located in the Boston area will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Develop and maintain Project Work Plans using Microsoft Project (MPP)
- Set up and manage Jira boards and workflows
- Support project documentation and reporting within PMO standards
- Assist with requirements traceability matrix (RTM) tracking
- Coordinate co-location logistics
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources
- Ensure governance documentation is audit-ready and current

- Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced reporting decks)
