Job DescriptionWarehouse Associate ILocation: Camarillo, CA
Position: Full-Time Quest Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to support sales order picking, inventory, and daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

• Pick and retrieve products according to pick tickets and deliver orders to the appropriate shipping station
• Repack and weigh orders as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, push carts, and warehouse scan guns
• Perform inventory counts and maintain proper FIFO organization
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Complete accurate documentation and follow SOPs and cGMP requirements
• Monitor supplies and report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns
• Follow all company safety, quality, and workplace policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Forklift certification required
• Warehouse, order-picking, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attendance and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when needed
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, climb stairs, pull, and move boxes/packages
• Operate warehouse equipment for approximately 60% of the workday
• Manual dexterity required to operate equipment
