Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
- Lead engaging virtual therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to support clients through their personal challenges.
- Provide specialized care for clients experiencing PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, ensuring a safe and encouraging therapeutic environment.
- Manage client cases by coordinating referrals to additional support services or resources as needed, effectively acting as a liaison between clients and external services.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy notes in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to enhance overall client care strategies.
- Support family systems through counseling sessions that aim to foster healthy communication and relationships among family members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
- Must possess an active California license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) allowing you to practice independently.
- Demonstrated experience in therapy and case management, particularly in a telehealth setting, is essential.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, including CBT and ABA, will be highly beneficial.
- Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with a wide range of client populations, respecting their cultural backgrounds and individual experiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
