Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and a Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field approved by the COR.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of DoD policies and operations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and coordinating programs and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Must possess an active favorable Tier I investigation.


Responsibilities:


Program Support

  • Provide program management and administrative support services to AFMEDCOM/A3T.
  • Support Operational Deployments, the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP), Clinical Systems Program Assessment Review (CSPAR), and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) initiatives.
  • Support Specialty Consultants and Career Field Managers in the development, coordination, tracking, and maintenance of CMRP checklists and implementation plans.
  • Capture, improve, and enhance medical readiness training initiatives to ensure multi-capable medics are prepared to operate in contested environments.


Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinate and support symposiums, workshops, readiness training synchronization events, CSPAR reviews, and CMRP workshops.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination to the CMRP Working Chair, Lead Consultant, Corps Leads, and other stakeholders regarding symposium objectives and readiness initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Headquarters Air Force (HQ AF), AFMEDCOM, MAJCOM Points of Contact (POCs), and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation, communication, tracking, and follow-up actions for approved improvement initiatives.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, web conferences, and other forums as required.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Research, identify, develop, and track readiness training measures used to assess enterprise performance at all organizational levels.
  • Obtain, extract, analyze, and present data from multiple sources to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Compile information, conduct studies, and prepare reports in support of program objectives and prescribed processes.
  • Design and develop information products, technical reports, briefings, and presentations.


Process Improvement

  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities, operational barriers, and performance gaps.
  • Coordinate root cause analyses and support the development and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Apply change management, organizational development, and data modeling principles to improve program outcomes.
  • Promote continuous progress on tracked action items and elevate issues that may impact projected timelines.
  • Present completed action items to approval authorities for review and closure.


Travel and Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate travel and logistical support for government and contractor personnel, including:
    • Site visit scheduling
    • Leadership approval coordination
    • Communication with travelers and host facilities
    • Lodging and billeting arrangements
    • On-site meeting and event support


Knowledge Management and Administrative Support

  • Maintain Knowledge Exchange and SharePoint sites as designated content manager.
  • Update and manage contact lists and distribution groups.
  • Develop, update, and maintain tracking documents and action item databases for operational training programs.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the Task Management System.
  • Provide administrative and project support to program teams through consultation, recommendations, and coordination efforts.
