Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that material inspections comply with customer and regulatory requirements, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and perform additional assigned tasks. Our facility specializes in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations of incoming materials to ensure alignment with defined standards and specifications.
  • Verify that final products and packaging meet predetermined quality benchmarks.
  • Adhere to established operational protocols, procedural guidelines, and testing frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection outcomes and relevant data within designated tracking systems.
  • Identify and address deviations from quality expectations through formal escalation procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and sample/data exchange with external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Apply structured problem-solving tools to implement lasting enhancements.
  • Uphold organizational standards for cleanliness, order, and consistency across workspaces using a five-principle system.
  • Perform other work as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience or exposure to working within Quality
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related science discipline is preferred
  • GMP experience from food, cosmetics, chemical manufacturing, pharma, or medical device sectors is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
