Dukes Roadhouse is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Lead Hostess to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their career by leading a dynamic front-of-house team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Lead Hostess plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the dining experience. We’re looking for someone with prior hosting experience who can lead by example, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and enthusiasm

Manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists using restaurant systems

Oversee and support the host team, ensuring smooth guest flow and timely seating

Train and mentor new hosts and hostesses

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and efficiency

Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain an organized and enjoyable dining environment

Qualifications:

Previous hosting experience is required (minimum 1 year preferred)

Experience with Toast and SpotOn systems

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay composed and organized in a high-volume setting

A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
