Network Security Analyst II

Job Description
Network Security Analyst II – RSA Archer Specialist
Austin, TX | Onsite | 3 month contract
iSphere is looking for an RSA Archer Specialist who actually knows Archer beyond clicking around the admin screens pretending everything is “configuration driven.”
This role is heavily focused on RSA Archer engineering, customization, integrations, governance workflows, and GRC process support across a large enterprise environment. The team needs somebody who can take complex compliance and risk requirements and turn them into Archer solutions that people will actually use instead of immediately trying to bypass with spreadsheets.
The work includes designing and configuring Archer applications, supporting assessment and authorization workflows, controls assurance, issue management, integrations, API connectivity, and workflow customization across the platform.
What matters most for this role:
• Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
• Strong hands-on RSA Archer configuration and administration experience
• Experience with workflows, questionnaires, forms, access controls, and data relationships
• REST API and web service integration experience
• JavaScript and jQuery customization experience
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk, compliance, and security control processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into working Archer solutions
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC frameworks, or large enterprise/government GRC environments is a strong plus.
This role works closely with security, compliance, IT, and business teams, so communication matters quite a bit. The right person can explain technical concepts without making every conversation sound like a cybersecurity conference panel.
A big part of the role is helping improve and streamline governance processes while keeping the platform maintainable and scalable. Because eventually every Archer environment becomes “customized” by seventeen different people over five years and somebody has to untangle it.
