What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Turnover Cleaner for a property located in Virginia, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for the cleaner position at INH Properties.


Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

  • Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention.

Requirements:

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Working Conditions:
