Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent work experience required.
  • Prior experience working with children is essential.
  • Solid background in management, performance, events, art instruction, or a related field required.


Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Experience in multi-tasking and independent work.
  • Familiarity with teaching and leading activities related to children's programs.


Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Support in managing and coordinating daily studio operations, including scheduling activities and events.
  • Pick up children from schools within walking distance from the studio.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement all standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe environment and report any unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Engage positively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain required paperwork and records as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
