Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent work experience required.
- Prior experience working with children is essential.
- Solid background in management, performance, events, art instruction, or a related field required.
Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Experience in multi-tasking and independent work.
- Familiarity with teaching and leading activities related to children's programs.
Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support in managing and coordinating daily studio operations, including scheduling activities and events.
- Pick up children from schools within walking distance from the studio.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement all standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a safe environment and report any unsafe conditions promptly.
- Engage positively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain required paperwork and records as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
