Now Hiring: Machine Operator
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to learn multiple manufacturing processes and machine operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate punch presses, force gauges, tumbling equipment, tube loaders, ultrasonic wash equipment, and other production machinery.
- Wash domes as part of the manufacturing process.
- Inspect products and accurately record dome readings.
- Learn and understand production procedures and quality standards.
- Cross-train on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all parts meet established quality specifications.
- Complete daily production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with overtime when business needs require.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to remain focused and on task throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with small parts.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Machine operating experience.
- Familiarity with quality inspections and manufacturing processes.

Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing setting utilizing a variety of production equipment and machinery. Candidates must be comfortable standing, performing repetitive tasks, lifting materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following safety and quality standards.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
