In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage sales transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Offer multilingual support to cater to a diverse clientele when applicable.
- Provide product knowledge on lawn care and floral design to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
