About Us:
Belleville RV & Mobile Home Park is a locally managed RV park that takes pride in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on park manager to oversee daily operations, maintain park grounds, and ensure a positive experience for everyone at our property.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the RV park and office, including resident/guest communications, rent collections and basic record keeping using our software
· Process reservations, collect payments, and making daily deposits
· Perform daily checks on property
· Enforce park rules respectfully and fairly to maintain a safe and orderly environment
· Coordinate with contractors & maintenance crews when needed
· Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in property management or similar role preferred, but not required
· Training is available for the qualified candidate
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to perform some physical tasks such as trash removal, light pad cleanup, and minor ground maintenance
· Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
· Computer skills in Word, Excel and basic office skills

Schedule:
· Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
· Part-time with the ability to go full-time with training in 2026
