Job Summary
We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service representative for a direct hire opportunity in Beckley, WV. In this customer-facing role, you will support inbound customer interactions while promoting satellite internet services, helping customers understand available plans, equipment options, and service solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of customer service, sales, retail, or call center experience who enjoys helping people, explaining products clearly, and turning customer conversations into positive outcomes. The role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment where strong communication, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service and sales interactions in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with service questions, account needs, product details, and plan options.
- Explain satellite internet features, equipment, pricing options, and service benefits clearly.
- Recommend appropriate internet plans or equipment based on customer needs.
- Close sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow established service processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
