Join a growing manufacturing organization as an Asst Controller/Accounting Manager, leading financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support plant performance. This role partners closely with operations leadership, corporate finance, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial information
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate financial systems, processes, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP and corporate policies
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit support activities
- Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and business plan development
- Manage and monitor cash flow activities, including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and disbursements
- Partner with plant leadership and operations managers to identify opportunities for cost improvement and business performance enhancement
- Participate in ERP, IT, and systems improvement discussions to enhance financial capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
\n

- :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Manufacturing finance or plant accounting experience
- Experience leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance
- Ability to communicate financial insights and partner effectively with operations leadership
- Proven ability to lead others
