Are you a motivated go-getter ready to make an impact? Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking energetic, results-driven individuals to join our Collections team as Collector/Resolution Specialists. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are motivated by results and enjoy helping customers find solutions.
Many people from a variety of backgrounds have succeeded in this role, so prior collections experience is not required. If you have a high school diploma, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we will provide the training and support you need to be successful.
What You’ll Do
- Help consumers resolve accounts through professional and respectful interactions by phone, email, and mail.
- Handle primarily inbound calls and assist customers with account questions, payment options, and resolution opportunities.
- Work with consumers to identify appropriate repayment solutions based on account circumstances and applicable policies.
- Track customer communications and maintain accurate, timely account records.
- Recommend appropriate next steps and generate repayment documents when needed.
- Meet established individual and team performance, quality, and attendance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with Firm policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned accounts and work independently to achieve established goals.
- Adapt to changes in policies, procedures, systems, and business needs.
