Job Summary
\n
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating specific details within the Project Management Office administered by the Indiana Toll Road Concession Company (“Company”). While the scope of a project can vary in size, certain activities are common amongst all projects, as is the need to coordinate with departmental subject matter experts or the specific project manager. The Project Manager shall assist with or manage all elements of the project, including the initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases. The Project Manager coordinates across multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure consistent inter-departmental communication, essential for project delivery, as well as forward-facing customer communication.

The Project Manager will work on Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technologies (OT) systems for business and revenue management across the Company.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
• Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, attends all safety trainings, and completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
\n
• Incumbent has frequent contact with consultants, contractors, and ITRCC departmental project managers (subject matter experts).
\n
• Works with external stakeholders to ensure project consistency, stakeholder relations, and safety.
\n
• Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Customer Service, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork (CREST).
\n
• Help the project managers with administrative duties and processes.
\n
• Schedule meetings document meeting minutes.
\n
• Participate in coordinating multiple projects of varied sizes.
\n
• Develop a work breakdown structure and create executable tasks.
\n
• Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project. Might serve as the dedicated planner/scheduler for some projects.
\n
• Monitor schedule performance.
\n
• Manage Projects to ensure scope is managed in accordance with requirements and change orders are addressed as required.
\n
• Assist with optimal allocation and coordination of resources amongst different projects.
\n
• Assists in driving project decision-making and issue resolution.
\n
• Assist the Director in creating, updating, and maintaining the PMO Artifact Library.
\n
• Prepare and distribute project materials, implement policies and procedures, track expenses, and work on the budget forecast.
\n
• Report on team and project performance.
\n
• Report on projects’ compliance with PMO guidelines, templates, and procedures.
\n
• Collaborate on stakeholder presentations while fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
\n
• Assist in maintaining the Project Risk Database and the Lessons Learned Database.
\n
• Performs other duties as assigned.
\n

Minimum Qualifications
\n
• At least 3-5 recent years of relevant experience in project development and oversight in transportation, utilities, and financial systems
\n
• Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
\n
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project delivery methods preferred.
\n
• Microsoft Project Schedule setup and maintenance.
\n
• Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software.
\n
• Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills.
\n
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
\n

Desired Qualifications
\n
• Project management certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired.
\n
• Microsoft Visio Knowledge preferred.
