Pay: We offer our Clinic Manager a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$92,000.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR CLINIC MANAGER:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
YOUR ROLE:
In this position, you'll optimize schedules and align templates to enhance provider productivity and clinic efficiency. You'll collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues. Additionally, you'll monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement for both patients and staff.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 2+ years of experience as a clinic manager
Experience in healthcare management is a plus!
