Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Logistics Specialist
Location: Neenah, WI
Duration: 6-month contract with possible conversion to FTE
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
US Payrate: $15.00 - $20.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:

• Previous experience in global logistics, transportation, shipping, order management, customer service, procurement operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with international shipments, carriers, warehouses, or global customers is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a global organization is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive approach to work, including the ability to identify additional tasks and opportunities to support the team without waiting for direction.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• SAP and SED experience is preferred.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Meet established daily shipping deadlines.
• Provide initial customer responses within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and export information.
• Minimize customer service-related claims through accurate and timely order management.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential shipping and order issues.
• Contribute to team productivity by taking ownership of additional responsibilities and projects when appropriate.
