Job Description Location: Tulsa
Lifter Pay Rate and Hours:
- $19- $22/hour depending on experience
Lifter Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lift, move, position, and transport aircraft parts, components, and materials throughout the production facility using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Safely load and unload aircraft assemblies while ensuring parts are protected from damage during transport and staging.
- Follow work instructions, engineering specifications, and safety procedures when handling aircraft components.
- Inspect lifting equipment, slings, chains, and rigging devices before use to ensure safe operation and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with production, assembly, quality, and logistics teams to support manufacturing schedules and workflow requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory transactions using company tracking systems.
Lifter Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in material handling, manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, or other material handling equipment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier loads with assistance or lifting equipment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying industrial and manufacturing conditions.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
