We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a public area cleaner. You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional cleaning duties as needed. Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
- Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
- Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
- Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
