Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Automotive Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive team.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional, friendly manner</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and manage the shop calendar</li>
<li>Check customers in/out and handle payment transactions</li>
<li>Communicate with technicians to provide updates on vehicle repairs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area</li>
<li>Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, inventory tracking, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (familiar with scheduling software a plus)</li>
<li>Previous office or automotive experience preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person!</li>
<li>Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player</li>
