- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Assist with night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective communication.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multi-line calls effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to build strong guest relations through attentive service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
