Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests as they arrive, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage incoming mail by sorting and distributing it appropriately.
• Organize receipts and ensure proper documentation for record-keeping.
• Load and unload the dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor pantry supplies and replenish items as needed.
• Handle incoming packages, ensuring proper tracking and storage.
• Answer and direct calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain a meticulous and tidy reception area.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of office equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with concierge services is a plus.
