  • Create tables and charts for litigation documents

  • Trial experience, attending, war rooms, arbitrations

  • Drafting memos, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, interrogatories, indices, doc review

  • Support attorneys with case management from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (commercial litigation preferred)

  • Self-starter who anticipates needs and delivers proactively

  • Comfortable with technology and document management systems

  • Professional, collaborative, and easygoing personality—no egos, no drama

Culture & Perks

  • Work-life balance: reasonable pace, minimal late nights/weekends

  • PTO: 15 days + 10 holidays, office closes for Christmas/New Year

  • Free parking, easy access outside downtown

  • Typical benefits, 401(k) (matching in progress)

  • No travel except occasional arbitration in Dallas (few days)

Compensation

$75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Our Core Values

  1. Relentless Service – Deliver exceptional work for clients and colleagues

  2. Family-Oriented – We care about each other and our community

  3. Entrepreneurial – Business-minded, aligned with client interests
