Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic commercial litigation team. This role supports a group of litigation attorneys handling state and federal business disputes—from case filing through trial—on both plaintiff and defense matters. Key Responsibilities

Manage case calendars and deadlines

Prepare shell pleadings and discovery responses

Coordinate with clients to collect documents

Organize and prepare trial prep and binders, PowerPoint presentations, and trial exhibits

Assist with trial preparation (experience with TrialDirector a plus)

Familiarity with document review platforms and third-party vendors

Create tables and charts for litigation documents

Trial experience, attending, war rooms, arbitrations

Drafting memos, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, interrogatories, indices, doc review

Support attorneys with case management from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (commercial litigation preferred)

Big law training or experience in a well-structured firm environment

Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures

Exceptional organizational skills—able to keep “trains running on time” without constant oversight

Self-starter who anticipates needs and delivers proactively

Comfortable with technology and document management systems

Professional, collaborative, and easygoing personality—no egos, no drama

Compensation
$75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
