We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong Salesforce Agentforce and AI engineering expertise to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents for enterprise business workflows. This client-facing role requires hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, Salesforce development, integrations, and DevOps.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Partner directly with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
- Identify and translate high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Configure and customize Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
- Leverage LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver intelligent enterprise solutions.
- Conduct solution workshops, technical demonstrations, and customer discussions.
- Monitor and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, and adoption.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and deployment automation.
- Create solution designs, technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
