Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
State licensure and relevant certifications for school-based practice
Demonstrated experience with school-aged children in diverse settings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy services to a K-12 student population
Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and track intervention plans
Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Provide consultation and resources to teachers and staff related to communication disorders
Facilitate small group and individual sessions tailored to students’ specific needs
