Municipal Inspection Partners is a Nashville-based community building code consulting company. We provide services for public and private-sector entities which include building inspection, construction document plan review, building permit expediting services, and building code consulting.
Our company specializes in building construction project assistance throughout the country with offices located in Nashville/Franklin Tennessee, Chicago Illinois, Huntsville Alabama, and Naples Florida. We are a highly visible company that works on the biggest projects and with the most well-known clients.
Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need in our marketing department. The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand and public engagement. Working as an individual contributor reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position involves content creation, social media management, and client outreach activities. The specialist will occasionally travel nationally to support outreach initiatives and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels
- Manage social media platforms to increase audience engagement
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Work with our website design team to maintain our brand presence
- Conduct market research to inform promotional strategies
- Promote and enhance brand awareness
- Attend conferences and social events
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or outreach roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing
- Strong skills in content creation
- Proven ability in social media management
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Project management experience
- Ability to "sell" our services to potential clients
