HVAC Service Technician Job Overview
We are a growing, family-owned HVAC company serving residential customers throughout North Georgia. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Location: Must be residing in North Georgia (Alpharetta, Cumming, Dawsonville, Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Braselton, Hoschton and Buford)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and service mini-split systems.
- Perform maintenance and service calls
- Complete electronic service tickets accurately
- Clearly explain repair options to customer
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Represent the company professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer company vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of residential HVAC service experience required.
- NATE Certification (required).
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC System
- Strong troubleshooting skills with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
- Experience with Ductless mini-split system is a major plus
- Must live within or near the service area.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean criminal record.

- Alpharetta
- Cumming
- Dawsonville
- Gainesville
- Flowery Branch
- Oakwood
- Braselton
- Hoschton
- Buford
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $25.00-$65.00 per hour
- Performance incentives

- Primarily Monday through Friday schedule
- Nights and weekends are rarely required
