Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide daily cleaning of main common areas, resident rooms, bathrooms and offices</li>
<li>Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas</li>
<li>Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter</li>
<li>Perform laundry functions as needed</li>
<li>Additional housekeeping and maintenance functions as assigned</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be able to read and abide by safety materials</li>
<li>Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
