Zarzaur Law, P.A. is a local, modern and fast-paced personal injury law firm based in Pensacola with satellite offices in Destin, Miami, and Tallahassee, Florida. The firm is seeking an experienced personal injury case manager to join our team.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour; negotiable and based upon interview, education, and experience, plus substantial bonus potential.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM; although case managers many need to work some overtime and weekend hours. It is a firm expectation that you would need to make yourself available for your clients, regardless of the time of day.
Job Summary: The case manager assists our firm by keeping track of clients and their treatment status and evaluating their care to determine the most opportune time to start settlement discussions with the insurance company.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the investigation of facts and circumstances surrounding each case;
- Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers and adjusters to provide regular case updates;
- Request, review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records, bills, insurance information, liens, and balances;
- Assist the attorney/paralegal in preparing the case for settlement by preparing documents and correspondence as needed;
- Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate reductions for outstanding medical balances with providers and insurance companies;
Preferences for Consideration:
- Four year undergraduate degree;
- Experience in a personal injury firm, medical records and/or health and automobile insurance;
- Technical skills working with Apple/MacOS products and native Mac applications is also preferred;
